We take great care in providing the finest quality hair extensions on the market. With proper care, our products will last a long time. With that said, if you still encounter an issue with the product(s) after purchase, we will take care of it for you. 

1) All requests for replacement must be received within 30 days of receiving the products.  Here’s how to request: 

a. Send an email to (customerservice@mypureremy.com) with your Name, Order Number and Details of the issue.        

2)   The hair being replaced must be returned to the following address:  
            Pure Remy: 9585 Norbrook Drive, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91737 

3) Products being replaced can be replaced with products of equal or lesser value.  If the products you are requesting for your replacement are more expensive than the products being replaced, you will simply be responsible for paying the difference in cost. 
1. If you receive your order and it is incorrect, or if any of the products in your order are damaged, you may return the incorrect or damaged products within (5) days of receipt, for a full refund or replacement. 
2. When returning your product(s) be sure to include a note with your Name and Order Number in the return envelope, and make sure to email us the tracking number (customerservice@mypureremy.com).
