1) All payments from orders placed on your website are paid weekly.
2) Referral Commissions you earn from the sales of other distributors you refer into the program are paid weekly.
3) All commissions are paid via our electronic payment system called PayQuicker. Here's how it works:
a. When you earn a commission, you will receive an email notification from this email address: (email@example.com) and it will prompt you to set up a PayQuicker account.
b. Once you set up a PayQuicker account, your money is automatically in the account. At this point you have two options for retrieving your money from the PayQuicker account:
1. You can connect your bank account to your PayQuicker account and do a direct transfer
2. You can click the icon to get a Prepaid Visa Debit Card sent to you. We will then mail you a Prepaid Visa Debit card and when you receive it you simply call the 800 number on the back to activate it and then you can use it like any other Visa Debit Card.
YES. We offer a 30-Day Guarantee on all orders. If the customer has a problem with the hair within 30-Days from receiving their order, they can contact us and follow the simple instructions on our 30 Day Replacement Guarantee and we will replace it.
PRO PLAN MEMBERS:
NO, all Pro Plan members earn 25% on every order.
PRO+ CUSTOM BRANDED PLAN MEMBERS:
YES, Pro+ Plan members are selling their own brand(s) of hair, so you control your own prices on your website. You can increase the member wholesale prices any amount you want and you keep 100% of the amount you increase the wholesale prices.
Here's an Example:
Member Wholesale Price: $50
Price you charge on your website: $100
You earn: $50 (the amount you increased the member wholesale price)
For all members in the Pure Remy Pro+ plan, you earn a 10% commission on every sale for every new member you sign up. Even if the people you sign up decide to join the free Pure Remy Pro plan, you still earn the 10% commission on all their sales!
Please note, you must have an active Pure Remy Pro+ account in order to qualify for your 10% referral commissions each week.

All orders shipped within the United States are sent via the US Postal Service (www.usps.com). We ship orders Monday - Friday and the post office does deliver on Saturdays (Please Note: we do not ship orders on Saturdays, but you may get deliveries on Saturday). All orders received on weekdays by 3:00pm (EST) will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 3:00pm (EST) or on Saturdays/Sundays or holidays will be shipped the following business day. Below is a list of the available shipping options, their cost and delivery times. If you have additional questions in regards to shipping, please contact us.
For orders less than $150: $6 (2-3 day delivery)
For orders over $150: Free (2-3 day delivery)
$20 (for up to 4 packs) - $2.50/pack additional thereafter (1-2 day delivery)
